New Construction of a State-of-the-Art Production Hall

Langelsheim, May 16, 2025 – Stahl-Projektbau Wentz GmbH is pleased to announce the construction of a new, state-of-the-art production hall with an area of 600 m². This expansion marks a significant step in the further development of our production capacities and technologies.

The new hall will be equipped with a CNC-controlled plasma cutting system featuring a beveling head for 3D cuts, as well as drilling and milling machines. This advanced technology enables precise and efficient material processing and contributes to increasing our production quality.

Additionally, a photovoltaic system will be installed on the existing hall, making our operations more sustainable and environmentally friendly. This investment in renewable energy underscores our commitment to ecological responsibility and innovative solutions.

“The new building and the new facilities are an important milestone for our company. They enable us to optimize our production processes while simultaneously reducing our ecological footprint,” says Felix Wentz, Managing Director of Stahl-Projektbau Wentz.

It’s particularly gratifying that this expansion is taking place in a year in which we celebrate our 20th company anniversary. For two decades, we have stood for quality, innovation, and sustainability, and this new building is further evidence of our continuous growth and future-oriented approach.

In recent years, we have been able to realize many interesting projects. Of particular note is a project for a German car manufacturer in the Czech Republic, where we built a climatic wind tunnel for vehicle testing. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver complex and sophisticated solutions.

We also offer radiation protection for industrial-scale X-ray booths. We recently successfully completed a major project at Siemens Energy in Berlin. We also continue to be active in structural steel construction in the industrial, construction, and research and development sectors.

The total investment for this project is €1.7 million. Completion of the new production hall is scheduled for October 2025. We look forward to putting the expanded capacities and technologies into operation and serving our customers with even higher quality and efficiency.
