Competence in steel
Standards that go beyond those customary in the industry
This includes holding a welding certificate in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2 up to execution class 3 (EXC3). This means that we can and are permitted to manufacture steel structures which are subjected to predominantly static and dynamic (i.e. not predominantly static) loads. Dynamically stressed components include crane runways and bridges for pedestrians and cyclists.
In order to carry out this work in accordance with the highest quality requirements, we utilise modern welding processes such as impulse welding & CMT welding. Our welders undergo regular training and the welding supervisors also receive regular instruction. We deploy the following welding processes:
- 135 MAG welding
- 141 TIG welding
- 783 drawn arc stud welding
On construction sites and in the case of special requirements, we also use welding process 111, manual arc welding. We have acquired considerable expertise in the materials we use, from standard structural steels S235 to S355, through corrosion-resistant stainless steels, and on to special heat-resistant steels and stainless steels.

DIN EN 1090-1 IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION CONTROL
Certificate attesting the conformity of the in-house production control with DIN EN 1019-1. This serves the evaluation and verification of the constancy of performance in accordance with the standard.

SPECIALIST COMPANY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GERMAN WATER RESOURCES ACT (WASSERHAUSHALTS-GESETZ, WHG)
We hold the corresponding certificate for the construction, repair and maintenance of facilities for handling substances hazardous to water within the context of the relevant German regulation (Verordnung über Anlagen zum Umgang mit wassergefährdenen Stoffen, AwSV).
